Bookings for some Tao & Zen classes are administered through Gymcatch and its associated payment services. Information necessary to manage your booking and payment may therefore be processed through those services.

Some classes promoted by Tao & Zen are operated or booked directly through third-party venues or providers, such as SHP Health. If you follow a link to another organisation's website and make a booking with them, their own privacy policy applies to the information they collect.

WHO WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH

We only share personal information where it is reasonably necessary to operate Tao & Zen, provide a service you have requested or meet a legal obligation.

This may include service providers that help us with website hosting, class bookings, payment processing, email communications and business administration.

Joining the Tao & Zen mailing list is optional and is separate from booking a class.

Withdrawing your marketing consent will not affect your ability to book or attend Tao & Zen classes.
